    No cardio

    Proven methods
    Its a plan based on proven functional weight training methods and sensible eating that melts fat and sculpts muscle ‘Without cardio machines’ and without restrictive diets that are non sustainable and only good for the short term.

Having tried many online training plans with minor success I was slightly negative about following another. However I am so glad I did, as this plan was far superior than anything that I have done before.
The most positive point of this plan is its simplicity. No strict does and don’ts over what to eat, no counting of macros etc. and no long sessions of endless cardio. Just easy to follow training guide that changes through the program to keep you constantly motivated. For me you can’t beat the way in which the training sessions are tailored. Every session ensures you work to your maximum in the shortest amount of time. If you thought you could only break sweat and be out of breath doing Cardio then think again. Losing fat and building lean muscle is what you will get from this plan whilst developing you cardio ability all in one.
If you are looking for a plan that will fit into your lifestyle rather than having to change your life around training then the #leanbodymission is the plan for you. Dan Chapman is an unbelievable guy and takes into consideration everyone’s ability in helping them achieve a physique they are proud of.

Dan's approach to training was alien to me to begin with, however once under way and with plenty of advice and ideas from Dan, I found myself looking forward to every workout, as they really pushed me out of my comfort zone.

The key to the #leanbodymission is the intensity of the workouts, each workout is challenging, but with visible results in a relatively short space of time it was a challenge I loved.
Another thing I loved, was the ability to change and adapt exercises in the workouts, this came in useful in a busy gym, it also allowed me to mix up my workouts.

My goal when starting the #leanbodymission was to recomp my body. I didn't want to lose any weight, my aim was to build mass and cut fat, this was no problem at all when following Dan's instructions and advice on the plan. I was able to contact him on social media, with any questions or queries I had about diet or an exercise.

Dan is very different from anyone else I’ve trained with, which is why he is so effective. Dan is very different because he combines motivation and mind set with understanding, a world of knowledge and fun. No matter how tired or cross or distracted I am at the beginning of a session, I always end it feeling energised and enthusiastic – and have seen big results, not only physically, but mentally too. I am stronger, leaner, with more energy and more confidence in life. My flubbery tummy got flatter and my thighs became firmer which was great as they were an issue for me and I would always cover up.
